What TEM collects, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are
TEM’s legal entity, its registered address in the UAE, and how to contact whoever is responsible for data protection questions.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, school, emirate, teaching level); membership and payment records; content posted to the forum, marketplace and support threads; and analytics data described below.
Analytics and advertising cookies
Google Analytics 4, the Meta pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag are loaded only after a visitor accepts the cookie banner, and are used to understand which campaigns bring educators to TEM. This section needs to name each one, say what it collects, and explain how to withdraw consent.
Payments
Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by TEM. This section names the provider once it is chosen.
Confidentiality of professional support
Who can see a legal query or a consultation booking, and for how long it is retained. This matters more here than on most sites: members will describe disputes with their own employers.
How long we keep things
Retention periods for accounts, membership and payment records, and forum content — including what happens when a membership lapses or an account is deleted.
Who else sees your data
Processors: hosting, email delivery, the payment provider, the analytics platforms. Nothing is sold.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and objection — under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and under UK/EU GDPR for members who fall within its scope. How to make a request, and how long a response takes.
Changes to this notice
How members are told when it changes, and the date of the current version.
