Membership levels and what each includes
TEM Explore, Community, Member and Plus, and the fact that the benefits in each are set out in the membership matrix and may change.
Fees, renewal and cancellation
TEM Member is AED 365 a year and renews annually; TEM Plus will be AED 720 a year from December 2026. This section needs to state when renewal is taken, how much notice is given, how to cancel, and that access continues to the end of a paid period.
Refunds
Whether and when a membership fee is refundable — and specifically what happens to the remainder of a year when someone cancels mid-term.
Promotional codes and upgrades
Including the Plus upgrade arrangement for existing Members: AED 100 rather than AED 720, available until 31 January 2027.
What the guidance is and is not
The single most important clause on the site. The guides, briefings and Q&As are general information about working in UAE education, not legal advice on any individual’s situation, and do not create a lawyer–client relationship. Individual consultations are between the member and the lawyer.
Community conduct
Rules for the forum, the marketplace and the jobs board, what gets removed, and how a member can be suspended.
Content and intellectual property
Who owns the library, what a member may do with a downloaded template, and what rights a member grants TEM over what they post.
Liability
The limits TEM places on its liability, and the exclusions the law does not allow it to place.
Governing law
Which jurisdiction governs these terms and where a dispute is heard.
